The Ultimate List of Virtual Assistant Services

The Ultimate List of Virtual Assistant Services

Curious about the type of services you can offer as a new virtual assistant? Looking to add a new service to your existing menu of VA services? Want to pivot from specializing in a particular service to one that’s a better fit for you and the clients you want to attract?

I got you boo! You’re going to love this list of service ideas!

WHAT KIND OF VIRTUAL ASSISTANT SERVICES DO I OFFER?

I’ve been a virtual assistant since 2014. I started out as a OBM (Online Business Manager) and later pivoted to what I’m doing now, which is Pinterest Management.

Even though I specialize in Pinterest, there are other tasks and services that I do that I don’t even advertise.

For one, I still do various tasks for a couple clients I’ve worked with from the very beginning. One of them owns a couple of skincare studios in Portland, OR where I help with payroll, social media, email management, etc. The other is a health coach and I help her launch seasonal detoxes, social media management, and almost anything she needs.

I also help people update their websites (these people are usually referred to me by current or past clients) and I even help a realtor in ND update farm land listings!

WHAT KIND OF VIRTUAL ASSISTANT SERVICES CAN YOU OFFER?

I get a lot of questions from readers who wonder what type of services they could provide as a VA. In my Create Virtual Assistant Services Based on Your Skills and Talents post I share how to get clear on the type of services you can offer that would be a good fit for you.

In this article I’m listing tons VA services to choose from, some you may never have thought of!

Below you’ll find a long list of services to help you get inspired to create your own VA services. I even organized them into categories so it’s easier to look through. You’ll notice that some of the services overlap into other categories.

This article may contain affiliate links, which means if you make a purchase through the link, I get a small percentage at no additional charge to you. See my disclosure for more info.

HOW TO USE THIS LIST OF VA SERVICES:

As you can see, there are tons of services you can offer as a VA.

Depending on the type of service you’re interest in, you can combine a bunch of related ones together and sell as a package of services, charge per project, or provide as an on-going monthly service.

If you find something that piques your interest, look into it more. If after your research you’re still interested, find out how you can learn the skills needed if you don’t have them already. You can learn from YouTube videos, Skillshare, books on Amazon, or courses you find online.

Once you feel confident about offering these new skills as a service, consider beta testing it first to see if you still like it or if it needs tweaked a bit before sharing it with others.

And remember, just because you start out with one service as a VA, doesn’t mean you’re stuck offering that service for the rest of your life. You have the freedom to pivot to others or add additional services.

Want to learn how to start your virtual assistant business from scratch and make money? You’ll find it and more in the Beginner VA Bundle.
